The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90jilli platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately earned from real-money wagers — and not derived from bonus exploitation or prohibited conduct — will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation period, typically within 30 calendar days.
Players who voluntarily close their accounts may request withdrawal of their remaining real-money balance prior to closure. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon application, subject to identity re-verification, except where the closure was pursuant to a self-exclusion request.
